Join Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigan's largest general farm organization, as we continue our mission to support the interests and prosperity of our farming community. We are currently seeking a dedicated CELIC Policy Services Representative to handle insurance policies for our Comprehensive Equipment Leasing Insurance Coverage (CELIC). This role is central to ensuring our members receive outstanding support and guidance on their insurance needs, safeguarding their livelihoods and assets against unforeseen risks. Provide thorough and accurate responses to inquiries about CELIC policies, including coverage details, claims, and billing. Process new insurance applications, modifications to existing policies, and cancelations effectively and within given timelines. Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation within our insurance database systems. Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience. Actively participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about industry changes and new insurance products or services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to carefully manage client data and maintain detailed records. Proficiency with insurance database software and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance preferred but not required at start (must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment). Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or equivalent certification is advantageous.
