This role is essential in material handling and preparing windows, which includes tasks such as caulking. This position offers you an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Handle materials and perform preparation work for windows, which may include caulking. Utilize mechanical skills to operate various tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Ability to read a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry, caulking, glazing, and framing is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as saws, drills, and other hand and power tools. Work Environment This position is based in a clean manufacturing facility with a team of 105 individuals in production. The work environment is safe and fairly climate-controlled. Candidates are required to wear steel-toed boots while on the floor and should be able to work well in a team setting. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of starting as early as 4:30 AM for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBUS, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
