HR Administrative Assistant Organization providing numerous services and benefits to the community is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to assist with a project. Salary is $35-$40k, DOE ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a non-profit organization in the Columbus area providing services to the community seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant Work where you make a difference! Friendly and flexible work environment Interact with onboarding files and documentation RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT The HR Administrative Assistant will compile onboarding documentation into files Upload employee files into HRIS The HR Administrative Assistant will enter employee data into HRIS for payroll purposes EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Detailed, diligent, and able to maintain accuracy/quality of work on repetitive tasks Computer skills, basic Excel acumen, able to navigate software Any experience in HR or Administrative support is a plus but not a must for this position Salary is $35-$40k, DOE
