us! Job Description: This job is responsible for assisting with
post-booking loan and banking servicing requests for a portfolio of
Practice Solutions clients. Key responsibilities include working
directly with clients as the primary point of contact, servicing
day-to-day practice needs, and navigating the bank. Job
expectations include timely follow up with clients, communication
with internal partners across the bank, knowledge of loan and
banking products, and communication with internal partners.
Responsibilities: Manages assigned Practice Solutions client
territories Services online banking needs for clients Partners with
various servicing teams to meet client expectations Creates and
collects documentation to fulfill clients needs Performs outbound
calling to existing portfolio to develop banking opportunities
Required Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to operate in a phone-based
sales environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems,
policies and procedures for business/corporate clients Strong
client focus and direct client contact experience Excellent
interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and
computer skills Ability to multitask and simultaneously support
various priorities Desired Qualifications: Possess a combination of
experience from the following: Financial Center leadership; Small
Business relationship management or support; Business Banking
relationship management or support Credit/Treasury sales servicing
and/or operations management experience Experience with the
Practice Solutions line of business Bachelor’s Degree in related
field? Skills: Account Management Attention to Detail Adaptability
Business Development Record Keeping Relationship Building Minimum
Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School
or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per
Week: 40
