Job Description Job Description Payroll Associate - Contract Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Pay: $48,000-$53,000 per year About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate with strong ADP experience to support high-volume, multi-state payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can ensure accuracy across weekly payroll cycles, tax handling, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for multi-state employee populations using ADP Validate employee data, timecards, and payroll adjustments Perform payroll tax review and ensure compliance across jurisdictions Prepare payroll-related reports and assist with reconciliations Maintain accurate employee earnings, deductions, and payroll records Partner with HR and Accounting to troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies Required Skills & Experience 2 years of payroll experience ADP payroll system experience required Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Working knowledge of payroll tax fundamentals High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively and work independently Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year Search managed by: Elisia Bybee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
